Shipping & Delivery -
Delivery within Australia:
We offer $15 Australia Post shipping for all our customers, and if your order is over $100, we will ship for free (excluding Bulky + Oversized).
We also offer Express shipping for an additional $5 which means your parcel will arrive to you approximately 2-3 business days after receiving your dispatch notification (this will include your tracking number).
Please note orders will only be processed on business days (Monday-Friday). All parcels are 'AUTHORITY TO LEAVE' meaning Australia Post will leave in the safest place/at your door if no one is home to answer.
Oversized and Bulky items shipping will be quoted separately.
Shipping costs are calculated at the check out.
Please be aware that some international orders will attract import duties & taxes, any such taxes, if levied are the responsibility of the purchaser. For more information about possible import duties & taxes please contact your local customs authority.
Tracking your order
Once your goods have been dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number (please check your spam/junk folder for your email in case it is treated as such). Please note your order can take a few hours to become available for tracking after you receive this number. If you are unable to locate the tracking number in your dispatched email notification you are welcome to contact us at email@example.com - we can then provide to you the tracking number.
You will be able to track the number via Australia Post Website
Providing a business address for delivery is always more reliable. However, if you require delivery to a residential address & you are unavailable during the time of delivery a representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions on where you can go to pick up your order from your nearest Australia Post Office.
If delivery is unsuccessful the customer will be responsible for any redelivery charges.
Please note that we are not able to adjust the delivery address once an order has left our warehouse.
