In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged through the delivery process, please email White Doors & Co at email@example.com arrange for the item to be returned & a replacement organised. Damaged goods must be returned within 7 days & notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings are unable to be returned for a credit note or exchange.
If you simply change your mind, returns for an exchange or a credit note (excluding freight charges) are at the discretion of White Doors & Co.
Before any goods are returned you must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RA#). Please email firstname.lastname@example.org your order number to apply for your RA# .
If your request to return an item for a credit note is approved you must return the product at your cost. The goods must be in original, resalable condition including the packaging & hang tag within 2 days of receipt of your RA#. We recommend you use a trackable delivery method, White Doors & Co will not be responsible for lost goods.
